Our Warranty Policy

Our ethos is the supply only the very best wallets in the world from some of the most famous and esteemed brands in the world. Every wallet we stock is one that has been tried and tested by our team and independently reviewed to make sure it meets our strict quality requirements.

Because of this, we’re confident that any wallet purchased through All The Wallet’s will meet the highest quality control when it comes to the manufacturing of every wallet. That being said, sometimes issues slip through the cracks. 

All our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. After 14 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.
