Returns & Exchange Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Please note; Our leather, and metal wallets, are authentic and are prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return.

What items cannot be returned?

The chances are if you’ve purchased a wallet from us, and are still within the return window of 30 days, we’ll accept your returns. That being said, we do have a few instances where wallets are not eligible for returns including the following:

A replacement wallet (from a previous exchange).

Free Gifts (If you’ve qualified from a free multi-tool).

Products bought with a discount above 15%.

Individual items from a bundle or gift set.

Are there any charges on returns

It is down to each individual customer to cover the costs of shipping returned goods. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Our returns address is below:

How quickly will I get my refund

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 – 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.
